Shipping in Thailand and Internationally
วิธีการจัดส่งสินค้า

D'mond can deliver jewelries both in Thailand and Oversea. However, the delivery time for your order depends on the availability of inventories and the destination. Usually, delivery takes around 7 days within Thailand and up to 10 days for oversea (If there is any problem with your order, we will inform you in advance).

เพชร เดอ มอนด์ สามารถจัดส่งสินค้าได้ทั่วประเทศ และ ในต่างประเทศ ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่งสินค้าจะไม่แน่นอนขึ้นอยู่กับสต็อคสินค้า และ ปลายทางในการส่งสินค้า โดยปกติการส่งสินค้าในประเทศไทยใช้เวลาประมาณเจ็ดวัน หรือ ขนส่งระหว่างประเทศ ใช้เวลาประมาณ 10 วัน (หากมีเหตุขัดข้องทางบริษัทจะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบล่วงหน้าทันที)

Every piece of jewelry will be insured based on product value, or otherwise special case upon agreement for customer's convenience. You can choose a shipping method for your item, please note that the responsibilities for the shipping cost and applicable tax are yours. The G4S company will take charge of shipping service, the details as following:

2. D'mond products that purchased online can be returned within 7 days if you not satisfy. However, the product must be in the original condition. Also, the payment transaction fee and the delivery charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Return
วิธีการคืนสินค้า

1. D'mond products that purchased online can be returned with 7 days if you not satisfy. However, the product must be in the original condition. Also, the transaction fee and the delivery charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.

.สินค้าของ เพชร เดอ มอนด์ ที่ซื้อบนเวปไซต์รับประกันความพอใจของสินค้าภายใน7 วัน โดยมีข้อแม้ว่าสินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพที่ยังมิได้ใช้งาน และ ทางบริษัทจะคืนเงินให้ตามราคาสินค้าที่หักค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคารและค่าขนส่งแล้วเท่านั้น

2. The shipping cost to return the product including any insurance cost is the responsibility of the customer.

ลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าขนส่งสินค้าซึ่ง อาจหมายรวมถึงค่าประกันในการขนส่งกลับ

3. After the customer returns the product, it will take approximately 7 days to inspect the product condition. The company will refund as stated in (1) if the returned product is in unused condition. This means that there are no signs of wearing the jewelry or any damage. Also, all documents, packaging and price tags are still attached in the original condition.

หากมีการคืนสินค้า ทางบริษัทจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 7 วัน เพื่อตรวจสอบสภาพสินค้า หากสินค้าอยู่ในสภาพที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้งาน ไม่มีร่องรอยการใช้สวมใส่ หรือเสียหายรวมไปถึงเอกสารทุกฉบับและบรรจุภัณฑ์ ป้ายสินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิมไม่ฉีกขาดหลุดจากตัวสินค้า ทางบริษัทจะคืนเงินให้ตามข้อ1

ขั้นตอนในการคืนสินค้า

1. กรอกรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการซื้อสินค้าและส่งกลับมายังฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า โทร. 0-2216-7612-3 หรือ webmaster@dmond.com ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าจะแจ้งรหัสอนุมัติ กรุณาระบุรหัสอนุมัติบนหน้าพัสดุที่ส่งคืนมาด้วย สินค้าที่ไม่มีรหัสอนุมัติ ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิในการรับคืน

Facsimile or email all the purchasing details to our customer service department. (+)66(0)-2216-7612-3 or webmaster@dmond.com Then we will give you an approval code. Please indicate this code on the returned postage. Please note that without this code, the company reserves the rights to refuse a return on any product.

Or the other way, returns can be made at D'mond stores , by showing your ID or other government issued photo ID document.

สินค้าต้องส่งคืนในสภาพเดิม ไม่มีร่องรอยการใช้สวมใส่ หรือเสียหายรวมไปถึงเอกสารทุกฉบับและบรรจุภัณฑ์ ป้ายสินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิมไม่ฉีกขาดหลุดจากตัวสินค้า ทางบริษัทจะอนุมัติการจ่ายคืนต่อเมื่อบริษัทได้ตรวจสภาพเรียบร้อยแล้ว

For all D'mond products, free cleaning jewelry service (ทำลิ้งไปหน้า ทำความสะอาดเครื่องเพชร education) is offered at all branches.

2. รับแจ้งการเปลี่ยนขนาดแหวน และ สินค้าอื่นๆ สำหรับลูกค้าที่อยู่ในประเทศเท่านั้น

We provide the size adjusting for ring and other products only for the customers who live in Thailand
